We use call tracking for customers who have multiple numbers advertised across multiple countries or across different adverts.
For example:- Customer X places adverts in the UK, France and Belgium in the same month. Calls start to flow into a central call centre and marketing need to report on the success of the campaign immediately. What do you do? You could ask your call centre staff to take a tally of how many calls they have received (so very year 2000!). Or when we build your international numbers we can create a central portal where you can monitor the real time call flows. How many callers, how long do the calls last, what countries are the coming in from and are you missing calls. The central portal can sit on a desktop or mobile and offers you are realtime view of the call flow. If you don't need this real time call flow you can always wait for your montly invoice which will show all calls received from each country, the time, duration and phone number that called you. We can also send this format to you as a CSV file so that you can run reports directly from the data.
