How Universal Toll Free Numbers work.

Once you have placed your order with us for a UIFN we approach each country you need the service live in and request them to build the number on their network. The data build for this varies for each country but we continue to push the local carriers for this work to be completed as soon as possible. Once the number has been built in country we are able to forward the inbound calls to your existing office location anywhere in the world. You can select a different termination number for each country so that you can overcome any language barriers.

What are the charges for a Universal Toll Free Number?

There are 4 charging points on a UIFN which are:-

  1. A one off set up fee per country that you need the number set up in (these charges vary on a country by country basis)
  2. A Yearly service fee for the number (not charged per country but just for the phone number)
  3. A monthly rental for each country that the service is built in (these also vary depending on the country)
  4. Call costs. There is a cost to route the call from every country to the termination point (these vary from country to country).
