The number format is: 1800xxxxxxxxx, 1800xxxxxx is the international toll free format.

Landline originating calls will be free of charge from all networks, however mobile originating calls from international toll free may not be free of charge. Mobile originating calls from domestic toll free will be free of charge. Payphones will not be allowed to call these toll-free numbers. Thailand toll free numbers are guaranteed to work from within country only.

Regulation details for Thailand Toll Free numbers:

  • No paperwork is required to setup a Thailand Toll Free number.
  • Numbers are not allowed for calling card services.
  • Standard lead time for carriers to deliver a number is between 2 and 40 working days.

Please note that calling card services and call back services are not allowed on these toll free numbers. Calls from fixed landlines will work across the country but mobile networks are not guaranteed.
