Fax to Email
This isn't a brand new service or a disruptor in the fax market. Fax to email has been around for years and years.
This service doesn't need any explanation. Basically we set up a number for you that you give out as your fax number, when people fax the number the service converts the fax into an email and sends it to you.
Its as simple at that!

Call Whisper - tells you what the call is for before you answer the call.
Call Whisper Service
Applying a call whisper to your number will allow you to know what the call is fore before you answer it. Here is how it works:-
The person calling the number doesn't hear the whisper on the line. Only the recipient will hear the recorded message.
Why do companies use Call Whisper?
Most companies use this service for the following reasons:-
Our Voicemail service allows you to record a personalised voicemail message and when the caller leave a voicemail we will email the recording to you.
This is probably our most simple service. Voicemail allows you to record a personalised voicemail message that we store on our network. When a caller rings you and the call goes to voicemail, they will hear the message and record you a voicemail. As soon as the caller hangs up we convert the recording into a wav file and email you the message. This allows you to listen back to the voicemail as soon as you receive the email.
A wav file is a format for you to listen to audio recording on your smartphone or computer.

Don't send callers to voicemail or make them call you back. Set up a divert on busy and forward your calls to someone who can answer it.
Divert Calls When Busy
If you are on the phone talking to one of your important customers and another important customer calls you, what do you do?
Send them to voicemail? No!
Make them call back later after getting an engaged tone? Not good enough!
You can set up a service called Divert When Busy on any number we provide you. This service is simple. When we forward one of our numbers to you and if you are already engaged on another call we will recognise this and forward the inbound call to another location. In fact we can select to send this call to multiple locations so that you can feel comfortable that the inbound call will be answered. The service is simple to set up and can be amended at any time. Its often referred to as an insurance policy so that you don't miss that next big deal.

Have your calls routed to different locations depending on the time of the day.
Time Based Routing
Some customers like to have their calls routed to different locations depending on the day or time. With this service you can pre select where to route your calls to depending on the time of day.
Between the hours of 9am to midday (Monday to Friday) you would like your calls routed to your main office. You then close for 45 minutes for lunch so calls between 12:01 and 12:45 can go straight to voicemail or your mobile. When you are all back in the office at 12:46 the calls can then automatically be routed back to your desk. Calls received on Saturday and Sunday could either goto voicemail and we email you the message or you can play a message with your opening times and ask the caller to call back.
The above is just a simple example of the service we can build for you. We have built some very complex "Follow the Sun" plans for our international customers who are open 24/7. Follow the sun routes calls to call centres all over the world such as London, New York, San Fran, Sydney, Hong Kong, India and then back to the UK - this service means you can operate 24 hours a day (provision you have the staff overseas to take the calls).

Queue callers on our network and play music to them while they wait for you.
If you are receiving lots of calls or expect to receive lots of calls you can queue the callers on our network so that when your next agent becomes available the calls will be passed through.
Call queuing is easy to set up and comes with a few options:-

Online Number Management
This service allows you to control where you are forwarding your phone calls to. It also gives you real time call statistics on all your numbers so that you can monitor the numbers performance.

Phone Call Recording
Recording your phone calls is a useful tool if you want to use historical calls for training. Lots of our customers use this service to enhance their customer service and train call centre staff.
You can select to record all calls or chose which calls you wish to record by pressing a button during the call. Most of our customers select to have all calls recorded and forward the calls onto an online storage farm such as Amazon Web Services. If not we can email the calls to you but with very long calls the file may not reach you due to the enclosure size.

Option Routing is also known as an Auto Attendant or IVR. It gives callers the option to press a number and be routed to a department.
This service can also be known as an IVR or Auto Attendant. The service allows the caller to press an option on his or her phone and for that option to be diverted to a specific department or location.
Here is an example of what can be built:-
Caller rings 0800 XXXXXXXX and a pre recorded message is played to the caller (we build the message for you). "Welcome to Global Telecommunications. For sales please press 1, for accounts please press 2 and for all other queries please press 3.
Option 1 - this call is for sales so we will route the call to the number you advise us as your best sales department - the call is then connected to sales.
Option 2 - this call is for accounts so we will route the call to the number you advise us as your best accounts department - the call is then connected to accounts.
Option 3 - this call is for all other questions. We can then route this call to your general business area.
If no option is pressed we can pre set where to route a no option call too.
The above is a very simple Routing Option and we can make this as simple or as complex as you need.

It's always professional when you call a company and you hear messages like "Thank you for calling Acme Ltd, your call is important to us and will be answered shortly".
Setting up a greeting on our number is easy and adds that extra level of professionalism to your company. Simply send us the text you would like played to your callers and we will apply the greeting to your phone number. The next time someone calls you they will hear the greeting before being put through to you.

Professional Voice Over
Some phone numbers have recorded messages played to the callers. You can chose to record the message yourself but think about the quality first. Background noise, microphone quality and sound proofing will all have a negative impact on your voice.
