Craig Busst
Company Director, aka 'The MD'
Craig ensures that the internal structures of Gtele.com are run as smoothly as possible. His main responsibility is to check outgoing contracts and make sure they're compliant with local laws.
With over 30 years of experience, Craig is a veteran in the telecommunications industry, particularly in the international inbound calling market.
Having started his career at Cable & Wireless in the 1990s, Craig has been at the helm of several successful start-ups. After semi-retiring, he was made an offer in 2020 that he couldn't refuse.
Together with Rav Stephens and Simon Cutler, Craig and his new business partners tabled an offer for Global Telecommunications Ltd, and Gtele.com was born. Two further acquisitions followed (Brayford Numbers Ltd and WorldNet Corporate Ltd). The group is now a global force to be reckoned with.

Simon Cutler
Company Director, aka 'The Rainmaker'
Simon's role at Gtele.com means that he is responsible for generating new business. This includes sourcing new leads, opportunities, and innovations so Gtele.com can stay at the top of its game.
Simon is a hunter and dealmaker who lives by the rule, 'customer is king'. He is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience and outstanding results in the telecommunications sector.
Simon has led teams with a focus on strategies around retention, acquisition, and development, as well as delivering sales strategies based on global account management for large enterprises.
In 2010, he was recognised for driving exceptional sales growth, winning the IOD Northwest Young Director of the Year Award.

Rav Stephens
Company Director, aka 'The Glue'
Rav oversees the day-to-day running of Gtele.com. Alongside ensuring the business is functioning like a well-oiled machine, she also manages client accounts and, most recently, led the migration of a US-based account comprising 6000 numbers.
As one of City Numbers' co-founders, now part of J2 Global, Rav managed the relationship for the company's UK, Europe, and North American customers.
Rav is a multitasker when it comes to the many roles she has had to manage, which include account management, new business acquisition, and billing, as well as leading on company direction, marketing strategy and general management.

Clive Goldingay
Client Success Manager, aka 'The Goal Getter'
Clive is responsible for ensuring each client of Gtele.com has the tools and support they need to achieve their objectives.
After starting his career in the telecommunications industry in 1999, working as a Service Manager for Cable & Wireless selling traditional voice solutions, Clive moved on to a presales consultancy that provided a range of data and IP solutions. He has since been an Account Manager for several telecommunication providers, including Telecom IT & Worldwide ISDN.
Before joining Gtele.com in 2022, Clive worked for City Numbers as an Account Specialist for enterprise and channel partners' inbound international voice services.

Joanne 'Jo' Escott
Customer Success Specialist, aka 'The Magician'
Jo plays an essential role at Gtele.com as a Customer Success Specialist. Along with managing key accounts, Jo is responsible for onboarding new customers and resellers.
With decades of experience supporting the international toll-free numbering market, she understands both the industry and the needs of its clients.

Pam Malpas
Group Accountant, aka 'The Bean Counter'
As Gtele.com's Group Accountant, Pam is tasked with looking for opportunities to optimise processes to improve efficiency. She has developed strong technical experience with the accounting profession, and her hands-on attitude means she is always available to assist internal and external customers with any queries that may arise.
Pam has over 30 years of experience in various accounting roles but has worked in the telecoms industry for the last 12 years when she joined the City Numbers Team. When City Numbers was divested to J2 Global, Pam became a valued member of a larger central accounting team looking after City Numbers and other subsidiary businesses, providing management accounts and preparing budgets for the management team.

Ian McGann
Client Success Manager, aka 'The Fixer'
Ian is a passionate Client Success Manager who helps Gtele.com's clients get the very best from their communication solutions. With more than a decade of experience in customer success and telecommunications, Ian specialises in turning complex technology into meaningful business outcomes, ensuring every client partnership is built on trust, clarity and measurable results.
At the heart of Ian's approach is a genuine commitment to people. Whether leading client engagement strategies, refining service delivery, or developing customer-focused processes, he's driven by the goal of creating seamless, long-term partnerships that make a tangible difference to clients' operations.
Away from work, Ian's passion for teamwork continues – as a lifelong Birmingham City FC supporter, he brings the same loyalty and enthusiasm to the terraces as he does to supporting his customers.

Shanna Jacobsen
aka 'The Marketer'
Residing in Randburg, South Africa, Shanna Jacobsen joined Gtele.com in March 2025. With nearly 20 years of content creation and editorial experience, Shanna's strengths lie in developing and rolling out marketing strategies and campaigns for businesses across a wide range of industries.
Having spoken on several panels and representing her organisation at numerous high-level events, Shanna's career to date has also seen her work for several local and international media companies and agencies. Her experience allows her to craft compelling messaging for various purposes, audiences, and platforms – from pure business and market analyses to dazzling and daringly creative copy that inspires the mind and speaks to the soul.

Derek Serfontein
Web Developer, aka 'The Nerd'
Derek Serfontein is our dedicated Full Stack Engineer, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our complete technical infrastructure. His journey into tech is a unique one. Starting his career as a mixologist, he dove into the tech world by taking a engineering course and building websites for friends. This unconventional path, which grew from a cocktail lounge to heading a web department at a branding agency, has given him a unique and highly adaptable approach to solving complex problems.
With over 20 years of technical expertise, Derek is now the core of our engineering team. He enjoys scaling our platforms and optimizing systems to drive the company's success, proving that hard work and adaptability are the keys to a great result.
